Our Story

Velocity Tours and Travel was founded in 2002 by Trent Hendrickson, who started in airline reservations in 1997 and has spent every year since inside the same real-time system the airlines and airports use. That background is why we can rebook an entire group before the hold lines form, change a name after ticketing when the fare allows, and recover ticket value that often gets written off.

We plan corporate incentive trips, sales kickoffs, and company meetings for organizations of 15 to 500+, and we coordinate group flights for churches, schools, and families. Our specialty is the part most agencies treat as a line item: the airfare, from every departure city, at home or abroad.
